As I have stated previously on this site no single program will suit everyone. Successful dieting and/or weightloss is really a very personal journey which is often difficult and in some cases quite depressing for the individual.
I myself, spent many years searching for a way to lose my own unwanted fat and I can honestly say that I found it to be extremely soul destroying on many occasions.
With this thought in mind I have chosen a few programs that I believe will provide visitors with the ability to choose a program based on their own individuality and self-knowledge.
By this I mean, only you know yourself well enough to decide what type of weight loss program will have a higher than average chance of working for you.
If you are anything like me you will never lose weight counting calories or measuring out ounces and weighing food.
I am just not organised enough to do that or maybe its just because I found those kind of weight loss programs a real drag and anyway they left me feeling hungry, which is why the program that I have been successful with turned out to be straightforward simple high protein shakes that I made myself.
Easy! All I had to concentrate on doing was sticking to this routine ie, two shakes, two snacks and one healthy meal a day. I knew where I was and weighing and measuring just did not show up on the horizon. I still use this method now and love it.
However, I know it is not everyone's cup of tea, but that is exactly my point and why I decided to include a small but reputable selection of weight loss programs here to enable visitors some choice and variety.
