Take supplements that will support your outward appearance as referenced above. Make sure you drink enough water, 6 to 8 glasses a day are normally recommended. If you cannot cut it out altogether, try to avoid too much sugar in your diet. The calories in sugar have no value healthwise and excess sugar can cause skin to become dry. Of course there are the standard practices which need to be performed on a daily basis such as cleansing,toning and moisturizing, all of which aid good skin condition, however, be aware that no amount of external care alone will suffice.
