Free Weight Loss Tips

I have included a few free weight loss tips in the aloe vera guide, as I use them daily and they really do work. For anyone who wishes to lose unsightly bodyfat or even just to lose a few inches here or there, these tips may prove helpful if they are followed regularly.

In a nutshell, I eat 5 times per day. 3 healthy high protein meals and 2 healthy high protein snacks. Eating small amounts often, helps keep the system working and burning up calories.

High Protein - Helps to control your appetite because it sends signals to the brain that keeps you from feeling hungry for longer periods than the signals that carbohydrates and fats send. So by increasing the intake of protein, hunger becomes easier to control.

Water - I always drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, most days I drink more than that but never less than 6.

Drinking water is extremely important for our bodies. The body is made up of 75% water, so drinking water is paramount to maintaining a healthy body. I usually include aloe vera concentrate in my water, which gives it a nice refreshing taste.

Meals - I start the day with my meal replacement shake for breakfast. I know everyone has heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the fact is that this is very true. Until you put food into your system, no metabolic process is activated. In other words the bodily processes that help to burn off calories do not kick in until you eat.

I used to skip breakfast, thinking that I was saving calories and not realising that I was really making my situation worse in the long run. So whatever meal you may miss, do not miss having breakfast. This is the most important free weight loss tip I could give anyone!

For my meal at lunch time, again, I have a meal replacement shake

Further free weight loss tips for those who may not like the idea of a liquid meal, I would suggest a light healthy lunch such as grilled chicken breast and fresh colourful salad with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Remember, protein helps to control hunger.

My evening meal usually consists of lots of fresh vegetables or salad with either steak, grilled chicken or fish.

Mid-mornings and mid-afternoons, I snack on high protein bars but fruit will do just as well if you want a healthy snack.

Don't forget the free weight loss tip of eating often, as this will assist in raising your metbolism.

Exercise - I have to admit that I do not like exercise, so I have no formal exercise routine as such. However, I do try to walk instead of drive if its feasible and my job often has me chasing around the building that I work in, so I think I get a reasonable amount of exercise daily.

However, if anyone reading this actually does enjoy exercising then I would most certainly encourage you to do so.

Since I have started following this program I have lost lots of body fat and regained my shape, which has really given me a confidence boost. I used to feel really miserable and depressed as I hated the way I looked, thankfully those days are now gone.
