Alloe vera for diabetic patient

I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ALOE VERA HELP TO REDUCE THE SUGAR. iS IT TRUE. IM 54 YEARS OLD AND HAVE DIABETIC FOR THE PAST 19 YEARS. ONE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT IF YOU USE ALOE VERA MEDICINE,IT GREATLY HELP TO:

* Reduce or control sugar
* Balance your body heat
* Stop falling Hairs
* Finish acidity or gas problems
* Give you good sleep
* Increase sexual power
* Control body pain or pain in the bones such as Knee pain
* Etc.....

I would grateful if you kindly update me for this medicine. Can I use Aleo vera juice, as Juice contain sugar and it might rise my sugar high. So please advise.
