Pet Health and Aloe Vera
Pet Health has become a major issue for me as recently I became the proud owner of Kartmann. He is a Harlequin Great Dane and is one of the naughtiest dogs I have ever had. However, he is so loving that we forgive him all the destruction and chaos that he has created since joining our family.
One of the first things I looked out for of course was his nutrition as I had not had a dog for a very long time and I wanted to make sure we provided him with the best of nutrition.
After much discussion and reserarch we have him on a raw diet but I have also found a great dry dog food made with only natural ingredients with which we supplement his meat diet. He is growing up very quickly and from an adorable looking puppy he is turning into a very handsome young man indeed.
Of course as aloe vera is so much a part of our lives, I looked into its use for animals as well and found that there is a wonderful book written by a Veterinarian, so I got hold of it straight away.
I was really thrilled to learn though not surprised, that aloe vera is very good for our pets as well as us.
To be honest I had been using the gel anyway, to clean his ears and put on his skin as he often gets little nicks when playing in the garden.
If you are interested in learning more about how aloe vera can improve pet-health click on the link and get the book yourself, you really won't regret it.
The author provides you with great advice on how you can use Aloe Vera to combat in excess of 200 different conditions that can affect your animals. It is not just about dogs, aloe vera can be used on a wide variety of animals including cattle, sheep, goats, snakes, lizards etc.
You will learn how to treat the various diseases with easy to follow instructions, dosage issues as well as first aid and good overall animal care.
Kartmann is a wonderful character and despite his penchant for wrecking things as soon as we turn our backs, we cannot imagine what life would be like without him.
Strangely, enough he has developed a love of opera! Whenever he hears this kind of music he becomes riveted to the spot and begins to howl along with the singing, which of course amuses us greatly.
Pet health is very important to us since not only do we have Kartmann to care for but we also have three loving cats to look after so it is a subject much discussed in our day to day lives.
I am certain that all pet owners love and care for their furry family members and that pet health is also of great concern to them, which is why I really do recommend reading Aloe Vera, Nature's Gift.
Read Kartmann's Blog here - Yes Kartmann has his own blog where he likes to write about his adventures.
In further regard to pet health, I have recently come across some new information regarding the use of magnetic pads and other items which can help to preserve our pets' health and ease their aches and pains. For example magnetic pads which can be used for arthritic pets.
