It would be a bit difficult to be having to count calories or weigh food portions when you only have five minutes to grab something to eat before you are supposed to be in a sales meeting or some other work based activity.The answer to this problem is to find a good healthy eating plan that suits you and your lifestyle, which will of course help you to lose weight.
